Busiya Chiefdom (Utemi wa Busiya) is one of the historic Sukuma chiefdoms in northern Tanzania. It covers Ibadakuli and Kolandoto Wards within Shinyanga Municipality, and the Negezi Division in Kishapu District — which includes the wards of Itilima, Talaga, Ukenyenge, Mwaweja, Kiloleli, Ngofila, Mwamashele, and Lagana.
The origins of this Chiefdom trace back to Chibe in Shinyanga Municipality, during the time when Grandmother Nsiya divided her leadership territories among her children:

Izengo Sambi (seventh child, a son) – remained in Chibe as leader of the Ng’wantini Chiefdom
